Craftmark Homes is a family-owned company that embraces a culture of giving back while moving forward. GKA redesigned Craftmark's website to capture a moment of transition in mobile web design. Today's purchases start –first and foremost– on mobile devices. By following consumer behavior, we designed Craftmark's new website with an app-like UI/UX design. This shift to mobile-first strategy makes it easier to tell the unique stories of numerous diverse communities.

The Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky is undergoing an $80 million transformation. As their agency of record, our goal is to lead an integrated marketing strategy that generates brand awareness. The campaign, “We are Legendary Louisville®️” is supported by our robust media plan, comprised of digital media, print ads, sponsorships, partnerships and more, to target meeting planners, brides, leisure travelers and local residents. The campaign began in summer 2019 and will continue through fall 2020. Since the campaign’s conception, our client has witnessed measurable success with highlights such as double the amount of online revenue year over year.

GKA was tasked with creating the brand for a new community, Fillmore Place. Through our research we discovered the famous circus showman Hachaliah Bailey had ties to the area. To strategically appoint Fillmore Place as a lifestyle decision for a highly affluent homebuyer, we developed a luxury brand and a story deeply rooted in the destination with a regal logo, velvety color palette, brand voice, positioning and collateral.

When two established venues wanted to create a powerhouse to host large conferences, they contacted GKA. After hosting a brand retreat for our client, we developed the official brand name, Loudoun Meetings Alliance. We crafted the brand architecture, logo, sales brochures, social media launch plan and other essential tools to establish this as a place, "Where great minds gather".

Elevate Homes refined the idea of traditional active adult communities by providing an invigorating alternative to current age restricted communities. GKA was selected to brand and position Elevate Homes' new product line from the ground up. Our creative was instrumental in launching this brand in states along the East Coast, and ultimately, the client's success.

integrated campaign


Aiming to provide a solution for the painting industry, McCormick Paints launched a free-same day paint delivery. To create a buzz , GKA developed an integrated campaign which included the Paint Dash logo, a professionally produced video, a client appreciation week featuring a character named Dash, decals for their delivery vans, promotional in-store collateral, a social media campaign, emails and a dedicated landing page. Paint-Dash.com is now one of best performing pages on their website.

From unique design layouts to the latest animation technology and thoughtful copy, their new website successfully showcases how they’re differentiating themselves in the market.

Hotel Revival in Baltimore needed a way to highlight the 100+ pieces of art and artists found throughout their hotel. We designed a fun brochure to creatively display this information in their guest rooms.

We led the marketing for the launch of a new fashion brand dedicated to designing bespoke suits for men. The successful integrated media plan included a direct mail and email campaign to attract men to their trunk shows in DC and NYC.
